These Callaghan blue nubuck loafers are an easy slip-on for men who want one pair that works every day, from the office to a stroll along the seafront. They have the low profile of a driving moc with a nautical touch that gives them a bit of personality.

Materials and design

The upper is blue nubuck, a leather with a soft, velvety feel and a matt finish. The vamp has moccasin-style stitching picked out in off-white, and on the side a tan lace threads through metal eyelets and finishes in a knot by the vamp, set over a panel in the same shade. It is purely decorative: there is no fastening, you simply slide your foot in.

Sole and walking

The sole is slim and low, covered in rounded studs, with red bands across the forefoot bearing Callaghan's Adaptaction mark, which also appears printed on the insole. It is an understated shoe made for getting around town.
