Terms of sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026.

These terms govern purchases on calzadoskamina.com. We apply them in accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and Law 34/2002 on electronic commerce. By buying, you accept them, so we recommend that you read and keep them. The Spanish version of these terms prevails in case of doubt.

1. Who is selling

The seller is Calzados Kamina, a shoe shop at Calle Peral 10, 29601 Marbella (Málaga, Spain). The owner's full details, including the tax ID, are in the legal notice. For any question, email info@calzadoskamina.com or call +34 952 868 923.

2. Who can buy

You must be an adult to buy. These terms are designed for consumers; if you buy as a business or professional, some consumer rights do not apply to you.

3. How to buy

  1. Choose the model and size and add it to your basket.
  2. In the basket you can change quantities or remove items.
  3. At checkout, enter your details and choose how to receive your order: home delivery (with the price and delivery time of each option) or free collection in store.
  4. Before paying, you see the summary with the total price. You can correct any detail or go back to the basket with "Edit basket".
  5. Accept these terms and press "Pay". That button places an order with an obligation to pay.
  6. Pay on your bank's secure page. Once the bank confirms the payment, the contract is concluded and we send you a confirmation email with your order.

Purchases can be made in Spanish or English. We keep your order in our system and you can view it at any time from the link in the confirmation email.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT. We also apply it to deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the European Union. Delivery is added separately and you see its price before paying.

For deliveries outside the European Union, and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs at the destination may charge import duties or taxes. We do not charge these; they are paid by the recipient.

If, due to an obvious error, a price appears far below the real one, we will let you know before shipping the order and you can cancel it at no cost.

5. Payment methods

You can pay by card or with Bizum, always on the bank's secure page (Redsys). We never see or store your card details. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

6. Availability

The website shows the same stock as our physical shop. While you pay, we hold your pairs for 30 minutes. If an item still sells out, we will let you know and refund what you paid for it without delay.

7. Delivery

  • Destinations: we deliver within Spain and to other countries.
  • Options: when you enter your postcode, the website shows the available options with their price and delivery time, depending on the carrier. You can choose the cheapest or a faster one.
  • Free delivery: the cheapest delivery is free for orders to mainland Spain from €79.
  • Collection in store: free of charge. We email you when your order is ready.
  • Delivery time: the one shown when you choose the delivery option, counted from when we prepare the order. In any case, we will deliver within 30 days of your purchase; if we cannot, we will tell you and you will be able to cancel it.
  • On receipt: check that the parcel arrives in good condition. If you see any damage, tell the carrier and let us know as soon as possible.

8. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, whether by you or by a person you designate (other than the carrier). At Kamina we extend this period to 30 days. If the order arrives in several deliveries, the period starts with the last one.

How to withdraw

  • Online: using "Withdraw from contract here". When you confirm it, we email you an acknowledgement with the date and time.
  • In writing: by sending us a clear statement by email to info@calzadoskamina.com or by letter to the shop. You can use the model form at the end, although it is not compulsory.

It is enough to tell us before the period ends.

Returning the shoes

Send the shoes back to Calle Peral 10, 29601 Marbella (Spain), or bring them to the shop, within 14 calendar days of telling us that you are withdrawing. You pay the return postage, unless the shoes are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

You can try the shoes on as you would in a shop. If you use them beyond what is needed to check how they fit (for example, outdoors) or they are damaged as a result, we may deduct that loss of value from the refund. We recommend returning them in their box.

Refund

We will refund everything you paid, including delivery up to the price of the cheapest delivery we offered, within 14 calendar days of your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the shoes or until you send us proof that you have returned them, whichever happens first.

First size exchange free

If you would like a different size, your first exchange is free. Write to us with your order number and we will explain the steps.

9. Guarantee

All products have the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (Articles 114 onwards of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). If a product is not as described or has a manufacturing defect, you can ask us to repair or replace it and, if that is not possible, to reduce the price or refund your money.

If the defect appears within the first two years, it is presumed to have existed at delivery. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, knocks or lack of care.

To use it, write to us with your order number and, if you can, a photo. If it is a defect, we pay the postage. Some brands also offer their own commercial guarantee, which does not replace the legal one.

10. Customer service and complaints

You can contact us:

We reply as soon as possible and, for complaints, within one month at most.

Official complaint forms of the Regional Government of Andalusia are available in the shop, and you can also submit them online at consumoresponde.es. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer services of your town hall or region. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centres Network can also help you.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing written here limits the rights given to you by the law of your country of residence.

Only complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw and do not use the option on the website.
