Fluchos Surf 8674 navy leather slip-on loafer

The Fluchos Surf 8674 slip-on in navy leather is a men's loafer built for everyday wear: no laces, elastic inserts that make it easy to slip on, and a clean, flat profile. In the Fluchos range this model also goes by the name Bahamas, and this version comes in the Luxe Surf Marino Taupe finish.

Materials and comfort

The upper is leather, which softens and moulds to your foot as you wear it and breathes better than synthetic materials on hot days on the coast. With no laces, there's no knot digging into the top of your foot: the elastic gives as you slide your foot in, then holds the shoe snugly so it doesn't slip as you walk. It's a flat shoe, comfortable if you spend long hours on your feet or get around town on foot.

Fit and sizing

How to wear it

Navy is about as versatile as it gets: wear it with jeans in any wash, stone or white chinos, shorts in summer or linen trousers. It works with a T-shirt, polo or rolled-up shirt, whether you're heading to a smart-casual office, strolling along the marina or meeting friends for lunch.

Care

Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and leave it to dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sunlight. Every so often, a neutral or navy leather cream will help keep the colour rich and the leather supple.
