Calce is a family-run shoemaker from Almansa, in the province of Albacete, that has been making footwear since 1959. Now in its third generation, the company still makes its shoes in its own workshop in Almansa, combining traditional craftsmanship with close control over materials.
Calce chooses its leathers and components for their feel, strength and flexibility. The brand says its Redell Black construction is designed to make shoes flexible, comfortable and hard-wearing, and some models use an Extralight sole to keep the weight down. A leather shoe that bends easily and feels light really pays off at the end of a long day on your feet.
Calce makes collections for both men and women. They're a good choice if you want Spanish-made leather shoes with a classic, well-finished look that you can wear every day in comfort.
In our Marbella shop and online we stock the Calce Dama in brown leather, an all-year-round shoe that works just as well with jeans as with smart trousers. Pop in to try it on at Calle Peral 10, or order online for delivery anywhere in Spain.

We'd suggest your usual size. Calce publishes an official size guide with EU/UK/US conversions and a simple way to measure your foot at home. If you're unsure, call or email us and we'll help you choose.
The models we stock are leather. The brand says it selects its leathers and components for their feel, strength and flexibility, and makes them in its own workshop in Almansa, Spain.
Wipe them with a soft cloth, apply a nourishing cream in a matching colour every so often and, if they get wet, let them dry at room temperature away from radiators. Wooden shoe trees help them keep their shape.
Delivery is free to mainland Spain on orders over €79. You have 30 days for exchanges and returns, and your first size exchange is free. You can also collect your order from our Marbella shop.
