Exchanges and returns

You have 30 days to change the size or return your order.

Time limit: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
First size exchange free: If they don't fit, we'll exchange the size free of charge the first time.

Step by step

Let us know. For a different size, email us with your order number or give us a call. To return your order and get your money back, use "Withdraw from contract here" or write to us.
Send us the shoes at Calle Peral 10, 29601 Marbella (Spain), or bring them to the shop, within the following 14 days. Ideally in their box.
We refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of your notice. For an exchange, we send you the new size.

Who pays for postage

First size exchange: it costs you nothing.
Returns: you pay the return postage.
Faulty item or our mistake: if the shoes are faulty or we sent you the wrong item, we pay all postage.

If a shoe is faulty

All our products have a 3-year legal guarantee. Write to us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair it, replace it or refund your money.
