Pikolinos Nijar M0B-0122C1 men's sandal in tan

The Pikolinos Nijar men's sandal in tan is a flat, easy-going summer sandal for everyday wear, from the beach to a café terrace. Model M0B-0122C1 mixes smooth brown leather, tobacco suede patches and navy webbing straps, finished with an orange tab at the heel for a splash of colour.

Materials and comfort

The upper is smooth leather with visible contrast stitching and a decorative orange stitch line along the side. The straps pair suede patches with woven navy webbing. The footbed, also in tan, is finished with tiny perforations and the Pikolinos logo at the heel. Underneath you'll see a cork-look layer and a pale speckled sole with a zigzag tread and grooves that give you a sure footing on pavements and promenades.

Fit

There are three hook-and-loop straps: two across the instep and one around the heel. Each one runs through a loop, so you can tighten or loosen them in seconds – handy in the late afternoon, when the heat makes your feet swell a little. The back strap keeps your heel in place, so the sandal doesn't slip about as you walk.

How to wear it

It looks right with chino shorts, linen trousers or rolled-up jeans. The brown, navy and orange tones go well with white shirts, navy polos or earthy T-shirts. Wear it down to the beach, stay on for lunch at a chiringuito and wander round the old town afterwards without giving your feet a second thought.
