Materials and comfort

The strap is made from Birko-Flor, Birkenstock's own synthetic material, which stands up well to everyday wear, resists tearing and is simple to keep clean. It's lined with suede on the inside, so it feels soft against the top of your foot. Underfoot you get the anatomical cork and latex footbed, shaped to follow the sole of your foot, sitting on an EVA outsole that's light and cushions each step, whether you're running errands in town or strolling along the seafront. Fit

The post sits between your first and second toes and the strap adjusts at the side with a metal pin buckle, so you can set it just right for your foot.
