These Ecco Flowt wedge sandals in beige are the kind of pair you reach for once and then end up wearing most of the summer. Two wide straps across the toes, an adjustable ankle strap and a solid wedge give you a little height without the wobble of a slim heel.

Design and finish

The whole sandal comes in one soft shade of beige, from the straps to the footbed and the wedge, which keeps the look clean and easy to style. The two front straps overlap slightly and hold the foot without pinching, while a small Ecco logo on the ankle strap is the only detail. Underneath, the sole has a textured tread with the brand name embossed at the heel.

Fit

The ankle strap fastens with a hook-and-loop tab, so it takes seconds to adjust and you can loosen it as your feet swell on hot afternoons. The back strap cradles the heel and stops the sandal slipping as you walk. Because the wedge runs the full length of the sole, you get more support underfoot than with a heel and a steadier stride.
