Fluchos Sugar wedge trainers in black

The Fluchos Sugar black trainers are a women's slip-on style on a wedge sole, swapping laces for elastic bands so you can step in and go while getting a little extra height. The label on the insole confirms they're made in Spain.

The look

The black upper has a smooth, polished finish, with panel stitching that follows the shape of the foot and a zigzag stitch detail on each side. At the back there's a gunmetal heel tab and a row of small studs, which add interest without being fussy. The sole is a continuous wedge with a deep tread underneath and a perforated pattern around the edge, plus the Fluchos logo embossed on the side.

Fit and feel

Five striped elastic bands in beige and brown run across the instep. They give as you slide your foot in, then hold it in place, so there's no bending down to tie or untie anything. Handy if you're in and out of the house, the car or the office all day. The heel tab also makes them easy to slip off.

How to wear them
