Fluchos Rocky F2253 brown leather trainers

The Fluchos Rocky F2253 in brown is a men's casual leather trainer made for everyday life: you slip it on without tying anything, your foot has room to move, and it goes with most of what you wear during the week.

Materials and comfort

The upper is soft grained leather, with suede panels on the toe and around the heel that take the knocks and give it a relaxed look. Inside, the lining and insole are textile, and the insole lifts out so you can air or wash it. The rubber sole is described by Fluchos as light and flexible, and the 4 cm heel gives a little lift without changing the way you walk.

Fit

Instead of traditional laces it has elastic bands that hold your foot securely and give as you step in, so it's genuinely hands-free – no bending down. Fluchos builds it on a roomy last, leaving space for your toes throughout the day. A tan leather pull tab on the tongue makes it even easier to get on.

How to wear it

The dark brown leather against the caramel sole works with jeans, stone chinos or jersey trousers, and smartens up nicely with casual trousers and a shirt for the office. Ideal for strolling along the Marbella seafront, running errands or travelling, and it won't look out of place at dinner afterwards.

Care

Wipe the leather with a barely damp cloth and feed it now and then with a neutral or brown cream. Use a dry suede brush on the suede panels. If they get wet, let them dry naturally away from radiators and direct sun.
