Calce Dama woven leather trainers in brown

These men's woven leather trainers from Calce take the clean shape of a classic sneaker and give it a proper shoemaker's finish. The Dama-style weave on the sides adds texture without shouting, and the burnished brown means every pair has its own slightly varied tone.

Design and finish

The toe cap and heel are smooth leather, a touch lighter around the lacing and deepening towards the edges. The weave runs along the sides and round the back, with visible stitching on the upper and around the edge of the sole. Inside you can see a perforated tan lining, and there's a small stitched tab in the same colour at the heel.

Fit and sole

Flat brown laces let you fine-tune the fit. The white sole is thick and clean-lined, with a herringbone tread underneath. The extra height gives them a modern look and keeps you a little further off the pavement, which helps on long days out and about.

How to wear them

Brown on a white sole goes with almost anything. Try them with dark jeans and a plain T-shirt for an easy everyday look, or with stone chinos or linen trousers and a shirt for lunch out or an evening stroll along the Marbella seafront.
