Hispanitas Zinnia camel leather boat shoes

The Hispanitas Zinnia camel boat shoes take the classic deck shoe and set it on a trainer-style sole, so you get a smart, relaxed look that is genuinely easy to walk in all day.

Materials and comfort

The upper is cowhide with a pronounced grain, which hides everyday creasing nicely. Inside there is a breathable microfibre lining, free from animal materials, and an anatomical insole you can lift out to air. The thermoplastic rubber sole is 2 cm high, with a white stripe along the side, and features Hispanitas' Triflow technology, a triple layer of cushioning that softens every step. They are made in Spain.

Fit

The laces let you set the instep exactly how you like it, a little looser on hot days or snugger for a long walk. The leather lacing that runs round the collar and the stitched apron toe keep the traditional boat-shoe look, while the studded sole gives them a more modern feel and good grip on pavements.

How to wear them

Camel is an easy shade to style: try them with turned-up jeans, white or stone chinos, midi skirts or a shirt dress. On the Costa del Sol they work from spring right through to autumn, whether you are strolling along the marina or exploring the old town, and on cooler days with full-length trousers and thin socks.

Care

Brush off dust with a soft cloth and treat the leather now and then with a neutral or matching leather cream. If they get wet, let them dry naturally away from radiators and direct sunlight, and store them somewhere airy.
