The Birkenstock Boston clog in Mocca (code 1033076) is the closed-toe, open-back design you can slip on in seconds and happily wear all day. This version has an upper in Birko-Flor Nubuck, Birkenstock's own synthetic material with the look and feel of nubuck, in a soft taupe brown that goes with almost anything.

Materials and comfort

It sits on Birkenstock's contoured cork and latex footbed, shaped to follow your foot: support under the arch, a cupped heel and room for your toes to move. It feels firm at first, then the cork gradually moulds to the way you walk. Underneath is a light, flexible EVA sole that takes the edge off pavements, promenades and long days on your feet. Made in Germany.

Fit

A single strap across the instep fastens with a metal pin buckle, so you can loosen it for a wider foot or tighten it for a more secure hold. The heel is open, which means no bending down to put them on, handy if you're in and out all day. We stock sizes EU 34 to 43, for women and men.
